Work will be performed at East Hartford; Edwards Air Force Base, Calif.; Elmendorf AFB, Alaska; Hickam AFB, Hawaii; Hill AFB, Utah; Langley AFB, Va.; Nellis AFB, Nev.; Sheppard AFB, Texas; Tinker AFB, Okla., and Tyndall AFB, Fla. and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2015.
