Southwest adjusts flights

PANAMA CITY, Fla. -- Southwest Airlines will temporarily cease direct service from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport to Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) this fall. Direct flights from the airport in West Bay to Baltimore will not be available between Aug. 9 and Nov. 11 as part of a seasonal adjustment, ECP Director Parker McClellan said Monday.
