Sauer Construction LLC, Jacksonville, Fla., is awarded $25,014,000 for a firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded task order N6945022F0843 placed against multiple award construction contract N69450-21-D-0061. The modification provides for demolition, construction, and repair work associated with storm damage at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla. This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract is $63,821,000. Work will be performed in Pensacola and is expected to be completed by March 2025. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $25,014,000 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
