This modification adds scope to provide tooling equipment to assist the production of Lot 14 F-135 Propulsion Systems for the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and non-U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) participants. Work will be performed in LaPorte, Ind. (18%); Syracuse, N.Y. (17%); Oxford, Ala. (11%); El Cajon, Calif. (7%); Granby Conn. (6%); Cleveland, Ohio (5%); Manchester, Conn. (4%); Millersburg, Ore. (4%); Whitehall, Mich. (4%); Knittlingen, Germany (3%); Ronkonkoma, N.Y. (2%); Grand Rapids, Mich. (2%); Winslow, Maine (2%); Newington, Conn. (1%); Portland, Ore. (1%); Midway, Ga. (1%); Avilla, Iowa (1%); Dover, N.J. (1%); various locations within the continental U.S. (CONUS) (8%); and various locations outside the CONUS (2%), and is expected to be completed in October 2023. Fiscal 2020 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,036,818; fiscal 2020 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $6,036,817; and non-U.S. DOD participant funds in the amount of $2,615,200 will be obligated at the time of award, $12,073,635 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
