Pilots OK after T-34 crash
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- A Navy T-34C training aircraft crashed during a routine mission over the Gulf of Mexico at 10:20 a.m. today. The student-pilot and instructor from Naval Air Station Corpus Christi's Training Squadron 28 bailed out. Initial reports indicate neither was injured. A Coast Guard search and rescue helicopter recovered the flyers. The crash is under investigation.
