Contract: Lockheed, $101.9M

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $101,900,000 not-to-exceed modification to a previously awarded cost-reimbursement contract (N00019-12-C-0070). This modification provides for non-recurring engineering and sustainment tasks for mission systems software and autonomic logistics development of the F-35A Conventional Take Off and Landing Air System for the government of Israel under the Foreign Military Sales Program. In addition, this modification provides for the procurement of autonomic logistics hardware to support Israel pilot training. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in April 2015. Foreign military sales funds in the amount of $37,900,000 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
