Tyndall gets new vice commander

TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – Col. David Graff, the new vice commander of the 325th Fighter Wing, is happy to be back in Bay County. Graff, who became vice commander June 25, is on his third tour at Tyndall. His first time was in 1995 as a student in the F-15 Eagle program, and he returned to the 325th Fighter Wing in 1998 as an instructor pilot with the 2nd Fighter Squadron.
