Fort Rucker getting new leader

FORT RUCKER, Ala. -- The Army Aviation Center of Excellence and Fort Rucker will be getting a new commander. It’s Maj. Gen. Kevin W. Mangum, who most recently served as commanding general of the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command at Fort Bragg, N.C. Mangum replaces Maj. Gen. Anthony G. Crutchfield, who is being assigned as chief of staff, U.S. Pacific Command, Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii.
