Roy Anderson Group, Gulfport, Miss., was awarded a $25,942,000 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for the construction of a terminal high altitude area defense instructional facility at Fort Sill, Okla. Work will be performed in Lawton, Okla., with an estimated completion date of Sept. 1, 2014. The bid was solicited through the Internet, with 12 bids received.
