Raytheon Technologies Corp., Pratt & Whitney Engines, East Hartford, Conn., is awarded an $18,655,090 fixed-price incentive (firm-target) modification (P00009) to a previously awarded contract (N0001920C0011). This modification adds scope to procure long-lead materials, parts and components for Lot 17 F135 propulsion systems for F-35 Lighting II Joint Strike Fighter aircraft in support of non-U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) partners and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Ind. (44%); Windsor Locks, Conn. (33%); Bristol, United Kingdom (16%); and Phoenix, Ariz. (7%), and is expected to be completed in September 2025. Non-U.S. DOD participant funds in the amount of $17,394,887; and FMS funds in the amount of $1,260,203 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
