Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $16,586,820 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00019) to a previously awarded contract (N0001919C0074). This award definitizes modification P00016 in the amount of $2,435,635 and adds scope in the amount of $14,151,185 to provide for the delivery and installation of special tooling and test equipment (STATE), as well as provides program management support in support of completing the F-35 Phase 2.2B STATE unique software requirements, which supports the air vehicle delivery schedule for future lots of F-35 aircraft, and the on-time break in of critical block 4 capabilities for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, non-U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) participants, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Work will be performed in Fort Worth (44%); Detroit, Mich. (23%); Palmdale, Calif. (15%); El Segundo, Calif. (7%); Burnsville, Minn. (6%); San Diego, Calif. (2%); Marietta, Ga. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $3,302,340; fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,302,340; fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $34,876; fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $34,876; FMS funds in the amount of $6,036,096; and non-U.S. DOD participant funds in the amount of $1,440,657 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
