Conley nominated for promotion

Secretary of Defense Mark T. Esper announced Monday that the president nominated Air Force Col. Michael E. Conley has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Conley is currently serving as the commander, 1st Special Operations Wing, Air Force Special Operations Command, Hurlburt Field, Fla.
