Contract: Torch, $47.5M

Torch Technologies Inc., Huntsville, Ala., has been awarded a $47,489,349 modification (P00089) to exercise an option on previously awarded contract FA2486-16-F-0030 for technical and management advisory services armament support. The contractor will provide additional diverse research, development, technical, test and evaluation, and acquisition support services. Work will be performed at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.; Kirkland Air Force Base, N.M.; and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2020. Total cumulative face value of the contract is $186,317,225. Fiscal 2019 research and development funds in the amount of $5,576,841 are being obligated at the time of award.
