Most DoD workers return

Most of the civilian employees furloughed at Florida's Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field returned to work Monday. On Saturday, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel ordered the end of furloughs for almost all of the 350,000 defense department civilians who had been sent home last week as the federal government went into partial shutdown.
