Ground broken on aviation school
FAIRHOPE, Ala. -- Ground was broken Friday on a $2.7 million aviation training facility at the H.L "Sonny" Callahan Airport in Fairhope. The school is for students from Baldwin County high schools and will teach aviation technical skills, industrial maintenance and welding. The first phase will be a 15,000-square-foot building.
