Contract: Lockheed, $20.5M
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $20,461,696 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement and delivery of electronic components needed to support F-35 production and sustainment requirements due to current diminishing manufacturing sources. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in December 2013. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Air Force ($9,252,671); U.S. Navy and Marine Corps ($23,752,211); and international partners ($6,775,872).
