Donovan eyed for Pensacola airport

PENSACOLA, Fla. -- Mayor Ashton Hayward has nominated the director of the Okaloosa County Airports System to head Pensacola International Airport. Hayward will ask the City Council to confirm Gregory Donovan at its Feb. 11 meeting. Donovan, who was the assistant director of the Pensacola airport for seven years prior to taking his current position in Okaloosa County, has submitted his resignation and his last day on the job will be March 1.
