Satterfield & Pontikes Construction Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $22,540,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a 202-room combat systems officer bachelor housing at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla. Work is expected to be completed by June 2012. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Web site, with 21 proposals received.
