Hurlburt top AF installation

HURLBURT FIELD, Fla. - For the second time in six years, Hurlburt Field received the Commander In Chief's 2009 Installation Excellence Award. The first time was in 2003. The award includes a $1 million prize to be used to improve quality of life on the base. The award was established in 1984. Hurlburt is home of the Air Force Special Operations Command.
