Keesler command change slated

KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. - Brig. Gen. Greg Touhill turns over command of the 81st Training Wing to Col. Ian Dickinson in a ceremony April 6. Dickinson, who reports to Keesler by March 31, is Joint Staff deputy chief information officer at the Pentagon.
