The Air Force is awarding a cost plus award fee contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, Calif., for $13,474,949. This contract is for engineering, manufacturing and development activities in support of the Global Hawk Program. 303 AESG/SYK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity.
