Contract: Northrop, $63.7M
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $63,700,156 advance acquisition contract for the procurement of long-lead components, material, parts and associated efforts required to maintain the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System planned production schedule. Work will be performed in Salt Lake City, Utah; Baltimore, Md.; Red Oak, Texas; Bridgeport, W.V.; Palmdale, Calif.; Indianapolis, Ind.; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Montreal Quebec, Canada; Vandalia, Ohio; and various locations in and outside the continental United States. Work is expected to be completed in February 2016. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-15-C-0002).
