City violated records law in F-35 fight

VALPARAISO, Fla. - An Okaloosa County circuit judge ruled Valparaiso officials violated state public records law in their fight over the Joint Strike Fighter Training Center at Eglin Air Force Base. Valparaiso has 10 days to turn over documents. Okaloosa County’s request for a temporary injunction to halt Valparaiso's federal suit against the Air Force was denied until the state suit between the county and city is resolved.
