The work to be performed provides for the new construction of a low-rise cryogenics facility to include an administration/maintenance section, a liquid oxygen/nitrogen production section, and a covered storage area for gas cylinder storage. Work will be performed in Beaufort and is expected to be completed by October 2024. The maximum dollar value including the base period and the planned modification is $10,977,000.
