Ashford Leebcor Enterprises II LLC, Williamsburg, Va., was awarded a $40,979,587 firm-fixed-price contract for design-build, demolition of a dormitory. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., with an estimated completion date of Oct. 9, 2021. Fiscal 2015 and 2018 military construction, Air Force funds in the amount of $40,979,587 were obligated at the time of the award.
