HT-18 command changes
NAVAL AIR STATION WHITING FIELD, Fla. – U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col Aaron Brunk turned over command of Helicopter Training Squadron EIGHTEEN (HT-18) to U.S. Navy Cmdr. Kenneth Kerr, during a change of command ceremony Friday at Naval Air Station Whiting Field Atrium. Under Brunk’s leadership HT-18 flew more than 29,000 flight hours in the completion of more than 16,700 sorties, with 217 student aviators successfully completing the Advanced Helicopter Flight Training syllabus and being designated as Naval Aviators during his command tour.
