Contract: Sierra Nevada, $24.6M

Sierra Nevada Corp., Sparks, Nev., has been awarded a $24,608,390 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursement contract for precision strike package contractor logistics services in support of the AC-130W. Contractor will provide maintenance of the precision strike package on 12 aircraft. Work will be performed at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.; and Hurlburt Field, Fla., and is expected to be complete by March 30, 2017. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition.
