Contract: Lockheed, $20.6M
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $20,646,148 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-12-C-0004) to provide additional funding for concurrency related changes to the F-35 aircraft and the supporting subsystems for the Navy/Marine Corps and Air Force. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (95 percent); Marietta, Ga. (3 percent); and Palmdale, Calif. (2 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2018. This modification combines purchase for the Navy/Marine Corps (75 percent), and the Air Force (25 percent). The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
