Shuttle lands safely, era ends

The space shuttle Atlantis landed safely at Florida's Kennedy Space Center early Thursday. The 135th flight marked the end of three decades of service. The shuttle and its four crew members touched down at 5:57 a.m. EDT after a 13-day mission to the International Space Station.
