Homeowners offered compensation

MOBILE, Ala. - Homeowners in the loudest places around Mobile Regional Airport are being offered compensation. A Federal Aviation Administration grant of a little more than $1.6 million will be used for a one-time payment that could equal 10 percent of the home’s fair market value to help in noise abatement.
