Nova Group Inc., Napa, Calif., was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a maximum value of $14,952,400 for the construction of a fuel storage facility at Hurlburt Field in Mary Esther, Fla. A combination of fiscal 2009, fiscal 2010 and fiscal 2013 military construction funds are being obligated on this award. The bid was solicited through the Internet, with eight bids received.
