EADS won't protest tanker loss

Europe's EADS said today that it won't file a protest with the Government Accountability Office over last week's decision by the Air Force to award the $35 billion aerial tanker project to rival Boeing. The move is likely to dismay EADS supports in the Gulf Coast region, where EADS planned to assemble the aircraft.
