NASA leader plans to step down


Like the other political appointees of the Bush administration, NASA Administrator Mike Griffin is planning to step down Jan. 20. Griffin does not expect to be offered an opportunity to stay on after President-elect Barack Obama takes office. A small list of potential appointees has already emerged.
